Workshop: Total Transformation

The Head, Heart, and Belly are subtle centres within our individual consciousness, sometimes referred to as subtle organs of perception and action. When these centres are opened and activated they help guide one’s soul to deeper realms of our True Nature.

When fully understood and realized, essence works through the three centres bringing a total transformation to one’s soul.

Joyce Lyke and Tejo Jourdan present their workshop Total Transformation - Activating The Three Centres in London on 27 to 29 January, 2012.  This workshop is open to members of the public.

Ridhwan UK Group Open To New Students

The third on-going Diamond Approach group in the UK is still open to new students.

Based on the work of A.H. Almaas, the Diamond Approach bridges the traditional dichotomies of the psychological and the spiritual, the body and the soul, and the sublime and the mundane.

Retreats in 2012 will occur in May and October.

Interview With Sandra

Sandra Maitri, one of the principal Ridhwan UK teachers, has recently been interviewed as a featured speaker on a free online series titled The Dynamics of Change. This speaker series, sponsored by Coaches Rising, explores the conditions that create lasting change in one's life. One of the founders of Coaches Rising recently attended a retreat with A.H. Almaas, the creator and founder of the Diamond Approach. Being deeply affected by his direct experience of the DA work, he invited Sandra to participate in their speaker series. This interview is a great opportunity to learn more about the Diamond Approach and its capacity to facilitate deep change and transformation in one's life.

The interview with Sandra is available for downloading. To listen to it, all you need to do is register with Coaches Rising. There is no fee. Go to the Coaches Rising website, scroll down, and click on Sign Me Up! Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email and an email with the interview downloading link.

Tributes After Norway Attacks

As most of you will be aware, the people of Oslo were victims of a terrible attack on Friday 22 July, involving both a shooting and bombing.  At least 76 people have died in this attack.  A great number of our Ridhwan UK students are residents of Norway.

The Ridhwan teachers, through Sandra, offer this tribute:

It is with great sadness that we receive the unfolding news about the terrorism in Norway this week.   Such examples of violence highlight the need for each of us to deal with our internal hatred and in that way, contribute to peace.  At times like this, it is important to remember the serene Ground of Being beneath the surface turbulence.

If you would like to leave your own tribute to the victims and residents of Norway, you may do so in the guestbook.
