As most of you will be aware, the people of Oslo were victims of a terrible attack on Friday 22 July, involving both a shooting
and bombing. At least 76 people have died in this attack. A great number of our Ridhwan UK students are residents of Norway.
The Ridhwan teachers, through Sandra, offer this tribute:
It is with great sadness that we receive the unfolding news about the terrorism in Norway this week. Such examples of violence highlight the need for each of us to deal with our internal hatred and in that way, contribute to peace. At times like this, it is important to remember the serene Ground of Being beneath the surface turbulence.
If you would like to leave your own tribute to the victims and residents of Norway, you may do so in the guestbook.
